This page is for users who want to request deletion of their Scene Social account and associated personal data. Submit the form below using the mobile number or email registered to your account. Our support team will follow up if we need to verify your request.

What will be deleted

After we verify and process your request, we will remove your Scene Social account profile details, account activity, and saved preferences associated with your account.

Processing time

We process account deletion requests within 14 business days. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before completing deletion.

Information we may retain

Financial, transaction, and invoicing records may be retained only as required by applicable statutory and tax laws, for the legally required period.

Delete from the app

You can also request deletion in the app: Scene Social App > Settings > Account > Delete Account.
