These terms govern your access to and use of the Scene Social mobile application and related services, operated by MAKEMYPLAN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Scene Social is intended only for users aged 18 years or older. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms.

Using Scene Social

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the plans, events, messages and content you create or share.

Plans, events and other users

Scene Social helps people discover, create and coordinate real-world activities. Unless clearly stated otherwise, MAKEMYPLAN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not the organizer, venue or provider of user-created plans and does not guarantee attendance, conduct, quality, availability or safety. Use reasonable judgment when meeting others.

Payments and cancellations

Paid plans or events may be subject to displayed prices, fees, cancellation terms, refund rules and third-party payment-provider terms. Review the applicable details before confirming a transaction.

Acceptable conduct

You may not harass others, impersonate people, post illegal or harmful content, misuse personal information, interfere with the service, evade safety controls, commit fraud or violate another person’s rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant MAKEMYPLAN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED a limited license to host, display, process and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the service, consistent with your settings and applicable law.

Intellectual property

Scene Social’s brand, software, design and original materials are owned by or licensed to MAKEMYPLAN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. These terms do not grant rights to use our trademarks or copy the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or outcomes from plans and interactions. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to legal@makemyplan.in.
